Phonemos uses Keycloak to manage user identities. As Keycloak is a central component in the availability architecture, it is important that it is run with a high availability.

Running Keycloak redundantly for very small environments is a cost factor. This is why Phonemos in a cloud setup runs a separate realm in a shared Keycloak instance by default. If you want a complete separation and run a dedicated Keycloak only for your organisation, you can request this in plan Enterprise.
