How to Raise a Support Ticket

There are two simple ways to get in touch with us:

  1. Submit a ticket via our support portal: Just fill out the form at https://jira.linkyard.ch/servicedesk/customer/portal/6 with your issue or question, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. Send us an email: Write an email to support@linkyard.ch, you can describe your issue directly in the email, and we’ll create a support ticket for you.


💡 Tip: Include helpful details

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • A short description of the issue

  • The URL or title of the affected Phonemos page

  • Screenshots (if helpful)

  • Your browser and device (e.g. Chrome on Windows 11)

  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if applicable)
