Creating blogs and updates

Phonemos makes it easy to build dynamic pages such as internal blogs, changelogs, or update feeds by using the Recently Changed and Recently Added macros.

How to use the recently changed and recently added Macros

  1. Edit the page where you want the dynamic list to appear.

  2. Insert the macro through the plus-Symbol the way you would integrate any other macro

    • Recently Changed

    • Recently Added

  3. Customize the macro settings:

    • Filter by type (site, topic, page, filestack, external link, template folder & zone)

    • Filter by location (within current topic, within current site & in all Sites)

    • Limit the number of entries shown

  4. Save the page – the list will update automatically as content changes or new pages are created.

Example Use Cases

  • Internal Blog: Show the latest blog posts created under a "Blog" section.

  • Team Updates: Display the newest entries added to your project or meeting notes space.

  • Changelog: Create an automatic feed of product or system updates.

  • Knowledge Base Overview: Highlight the most recently added help articles or documentation pages.
