Single Sign-On (SSO)

Phonemos includes seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) support at no extra cost—right in your subscription. No extra modules, plugins, or expenses needed

What's the advantage of SSO?

  • Convenience for users: Log in using company credentials—no separate Phonemos password required.

  • Efficient user management: As you onboard or offboard users in your directory (e.g. Azure AD, Okta, ADFS), their Phonemos access automatically updates.

  • Better security: Centralised authentication means consistent policies (e.g. MFA, password rules) are enforced across the board.

Which standards are supported?

Phonemos supports all standard compliant OIDC and SAML 2.0 Identity Providers such as:

  • Entra ID / Azure AD

  • on-premise Active Directory (with ADFS)

  • Google G-Suite

  • Keycloak

  • One Login

  • Okta

  • Swiss edu-ID

  • Passkey (FIDO2)

  • eIAM

  • A-GOV

If you do not have an Identity Provider you can also use Password based Logins with an optional 2FA in Phonemos itself.
