Templating in Phonemos

Templates help you create structured content faster and more consistently. Instead of starting from scratch each time, you can use predefined templates to ensure that information is captured in a uniform way across your team or organization.

How to use Templates

  1. Create a new page by clicking on “Create”-Button and then “Create from Template”

  2. In the dialog, choose from one of the available templates.

  3. The template content will be inserted automatically into your new page – you can now adapt it as needed.

Use Cases for Templates

  • Meeting notes

  • Project documentation

  • Checklists

  • Onboarding guides

  • SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Ticket resolution workflows

  • Incident reports

Custom Templates

You can also create and manage your own templates:

To do this you have to create a “template folder” and put the Phonemos pages that should serve as a template
