Check the version of Java for Confluence

• Java 8 (still default for linkyard): Use version 1160

• Java 11 or newer: Get the latest plugin and install it to your confluence. The version number of the downloaded plugin must fit the number of the build on the bottom right corner.

Under settings, select “import content”.

Click “create new import”

copy the token by clicking “get token”

In your confluence project settings, select “apps”

head to the Phonemos tab and paste your copied token into the field

Select all pages you want to import ant press “import x pages”

The import should look like this

hit “view” to review your import

if you want to commit it, hit “commit import”

name your topic

⚠️ edit permissions for the new topic (default is “only you”) to ensure the customer has access to it.

🎉 done - all your pages have been successfully imported

Should there be any issues, create a bug in the “wiki” Jira project and communicate it to Mario. More context is always better
