Permission Levels
Permissions can be managed on four levels:
Page-Level Permissions
Set who can view, edit, or comment on an individual page (also depends on which Phonemos Subscription: Team or Business)Zone-Level Permissions
Define who can view or edit the content within your zoneTopic-Based Permissions
Define who can view, edit or administer the content within your Phonemos topicSite-Based Permissions
Define who can view the content within your Phonemos site and who can administer the site and it’s users.
Best Practices
Use groups instead of individuals whenever possible
Regularly review permissions for accuracy and security
Grant only the access that’s necessary ("principle of least privilege")
