This release introduces powerful issue tracking capabilities, content recovery features, and enhanced search functionality along with numerous improvements and fixes.

New Features ✨

Issue References

  • Pages can now reference issues directly - DEMO-3 will complete to an issue link, and you can paste URLs from Jira and Youtrack

  • New /issue command shows an issue search interface

  • Support for integrating Jira, Youtrack or managing issues directly within Phonemos as pages or records. Issues are now a predefined data domain that can be used in external data sources, record sets and metadata

  • Issues from a Jira/Youtrack system that is not integrated into Phonemos are displayed as the issue key, with preserved link targets when URLs were pasted

Trash (Content Recovery)

  • Deleted pages and topics can now be restored

  • Default permission: editors can restore their own deleted content, managers can restore all content

  • Access restoration through Topic settings (sidebar wheel) and top bar wheel menu

  • Filter by object types and location (current topic, below current site)

  • Search in titles and semantic search capabilities

  • Significantly improved performance of the search

Improvements ⚡

  • Redesigned site navigation editor (dialog-based instead of drag and drop)

  • Large BPMN diagrams now support proper zooming

  • Added navigation inside bpmnjs diagrams for subflows

  • File preview in filestack now supports fullscreen mode

  • Navigate back from file to filestack by pressing Escape

  • New About dialog showing current version and open source attributions

MCP Server Enhancements

  • resolve URL tool to better support URLs entered into the Chat

  • Added find topic prompt functionality

  • Access to object metadata and metadata schema

  • Fixed signature issues with macOS version of phonemos-mcp proxy

  • Improved permission updates for topics when user only has edit_permission permission

  • Better group selection in add permission dialog
